Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for New Business, Luxe Detailing 

The Wells County Chamber of Commerce staff and Ambassadors welcomed Luxe Detailing, a premier detailing service specializing in automotive, agricultural, industrial, marine, and RV detailing, with a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 18, 2024. The event took place at their new location at 621 North Main Street in Bluffton, marking a significant milestone in the company's journey. 

Luxe Detailing, founded by Austin Myers, provides high-quality services including interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and industrial ceramic coatings for construction and agricultural equipment. The business initially started as a mobile detailing service, offering convenience by bringing their fully equipped trailer to customers' doorsteps. This flexibility, coupled with top-notch service, quickly set Luxe Detailing apart from competitors. 

"We're thrilled to officially open our new shop here in Bluffton," said Austin Myers, owner of Luxe Detailing. "Having a permanent location allows us to provide an even higher level of service to our clients, with controlled environments for detailed work like ceramic coatings. However, we continue to offer mobile services for those who prefer the convenience of having their vehicles detailed at home." 

The new shop, located at the former site of Ethan's Outdoor Services, is perfectly equipped with essential detailing infrastructure, including air compressors and specialized lighting, ensuring that Luxe Detailing can maintain their high standards of service. 

During the ceremony, Austin shared the inspiring story of how Luxe Detailing evolved from a seasonal opportunity to a thriving business. After working for Yoder Tree Service, Austin ventured into detailing during the off-season, eventually purchasing the business and transforming it into Luxe Detailing. His passion for restoring vehicles to their pristine condition has driven the business's success. 

Looking ahead, Luxe Detailing has plans to expand its staff and to acquire a larger facility to accommodate bigger equipment. "Right now, the shop is working perfectly for us, but we're always thinking about the future and how we can grow to better serve our customers," Austin added. 

Luxe Detailing's current hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, and Saturdays by appointment. They offer comprehensive detailing packages, with prices starting at $185 for basic interior detail and $175 for exterior detailing.
