The Wells County Chamber of Commerce, alongside its ambassadors, proudly hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Summit Pain Management at its new location on the second floor of Bluffton Regional Medical Center, at 303 S. Main St., Bluffton. This marks an exciting milestone for Summit Pain Management as it expands its reach to better serve the Bluffton community with high-quality care.

Since its founding in 2012, Summit Pain Management has remained dedicated to providing licensed, effective chronic pain management services, fully complying with state and federal regulations. The clinic is led by a team of skilled professionals, including Dr. Kevin Stockmaster, Dr. Daniel Roth, and Dr. Jared Coffman. Together, they offer a comprehensive range of pain management services aimed at alleviating chronic pain and improving patients’ overall quality of life.

Dr. Kevin Stockmaster, who joined Summit Pain Management to enhance its offerings, brings nearly 17 years of experience as an anesthesiologist. Prior to joining the team, he served as the Chair of Anesthesia in Fort Wayne, where he played a vital role in overseeing pain management procedures. “Our mission is to help patients start living again by offering comprehensive pain management solutions, so they can enjoy life once more,” said Dr. Stockmaster. “It’s an honor to bring my expertise to Bluffton and assist patients in regaining control of their lives through non-invasive and effective treatments.”

At Summit, Dr. Stockmaster emphasizes a focus on non-surgical interventions. “We specialize in treating various pain conditions, such as osteoarthritis, back pain, shoulder pain, headaches, neck pain, and more. Our approach is designed to reduce pain and improve the patient’s ability to participate in everyday activities,” he explained.

Summit Pain Management recognizes a growing gap in care for patients with chronic pain. Many physicians are no longer managing pain conditions, leaving patients with limited options. Summit fills this gap by offering tailored care with a focus on expert medical management and interventional procedures. "At Summit, we are dedicated to providing expert medical management and interventional procedures to meet each patient's needs," Dr. Stockmaster stated.

Looking ahead, Summit Pain Management has bold plans for the future. The clinic's five-year goal includes expanding its services in Bluffton, increasing clinic days, and potentially opening a satellite location to offer additional procedures. "We are committed to growing with the community, ensuring that we continue to provide accessible and effective pain management solutions to those who need them most," said Dr. Stockmaster. "Our goal is to meet the increasing demand for specialized pain care and offer more opportunities for local residents to receive the treatment they need."

Currently, the Bluffton clinic is open on Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with plans to expand clinic hours based on patient needs. The Fort Wayne location remains open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Patients can schedule appointments by calling the clinic or visiting the Summit Pain Management website. "We’re excited to serve the Bluffton community with expert pain management care, and we look forward to helping individuals start living pain-free again," Dr. Stockmaster added.
