Engineering Resources Expands Roots with Ribbon Cutting at New Bluffton Office

Engineering Resources, a leading civil engineering and landscape architecture firm established in 1997, proudly celebrated a ribbon cutting for their new satellite office at 360 N Main Street, Suite G, Bluffton. The event, hosted by The Wells County Chamber of Commerce, Ambassadors, and Board Members, celebrated with Engineering Resources which marked a significant milestone for the company as it continues to expand its presence and services throughout northeast Indiana. 

Founded in Fort Wayne, Engineering Resources has built a solid reputation over the past 28 years by delivering high-quality engineering solutions and fostering strong community connections. The company’s headquarters, located on New Vision Drive near Parkview Hospital, is now home to 53 employees. With the new Bluffton office, Engineering Resources aims to better serve clients in Wells County while accommodating ongoing growth. 

"We’ve experienced tremendous growth since our founding in 1997, and as we continue to expand, it became clear that opening a satellite office in Bluffton was the next logical step," said Vice President, Mark Reinhard, representative of Engineering Resources. "This new location not only makes commuting more convenient for our employees and clients in the area, but it also allows us to deepen our involvement in the local community." 

The Bluffton office is currently home to six team members, with room for future growth. Its strategic location also presents an opportunity to connect with local talent, including high school and college students pursuing careers in civil engineering. 

Engineering Resources specializes in civil engineering and landscape architecture, providing services for commercial, industrial, medical, and educational projects. The firm’s diverse portfolio includes projects like Parkview Field, Promenade Park, Electric Works, and local initiatives such as the Wells County YMCA, Bluffton’s downtown alleyway project, and the Lancaster Park Interurban Trail, to name a few.
