Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for New Business, Phantom Lines Tattoo, LLC

The Wells County Chamber of Commerce staff and Ambassadors were thrilled to welcome Phantom Lines Tattoo, LLC to Bluffton with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at their new location at 201 W Market St.

Destiny Boggs, along with her husband Harry, opened Twisted Lines in Huntington in 2021 and shared their excitement about opening their second location in Bluffton, Phantom Lines Tattoo LLC. Destiny introduced her team, including artists Nate McCullough and Chris Santana, and piercer April Schmaltz, expressing their collective passion for creating a welcoming and family-friendly environment. Phantom Lines Tattoo offers a variety of services including tattooing, body piercing, and the sale of body jewelry.

“We saw a need for a more inviting and people-friendly tattoo and piercing shop in Bluffton,” said Destiny. “I've always loved the warm and welcoming nature of the people here. With our team having roots in this community, we felt it was the perfect place to expand.”

The shop has undergone significant renovations to create a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space, inspired by the Phantom of the Opera. Chris, one of the artists, has contributed to the shop’s unique artwork and décor. “We wanted to give the space an old theater vibe, with textured walls and darker colors.”

Phantom Lines Tattoo, LLC aims to be a place where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their background. They prioritize cleanliness, safety, and a supportive environment for all clients, especially families with young children. Harry added, “We want to make sure that people feel comfortable here, whether they’re getting a tattoo, piercing, or just visiting. Our focus is on providing top-notch service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.”

Looking ahead, Phantom Lines Tattoo, LLC has exciting plans to further integrate into the community. They are exploring the idea of offering scholarships for local high school seniors pursuing art-related fields. “We want to support young artists in their educational journey, whether it’s traditional drawing, graphic arts, or any other form of art,” Destiny said. “College is expensive, and we hope to ease that burden a bit for aspiring artists.”

In addition to their commitment to education, Phantom Lines Tattoo plans to continue their involvement in community events and support local causes. “We’re excited to bring the same community spirit we’ve cultivated in Huntington to Bluffton,” Destiny shared. “Whether it’s hosting raffles, participating in local events, or supporting charitable causes, we want to give back to the community that has welcomed us so warmly.”

Phantom Lines Tattoo is open for walk-ins and appointments, with hours varying throughout the week. For more information, visit them on Facebook, or check out their location at 201 W Market St, Bluffton, contact them at (260) 530-0340 for appointment details.
