Dale, Huffman & Babcock Cuts Ribbon for New Location
The Wells County Chamber of Commerce staff, Ambassadors, and the staff of Dale, Huffman & Babcock joined together for a ribbon cutting on November 16, 2021, to celebrate their new location at 30 Premier Ave in Bluffton. The building is currently under construction and the office will be moved by January 3, 2022.
Keith Huffman, with Dale, Huffman & Babcock, welcomed everyone and explained how excited they are about the opportunity to move to this location. “Our estate planning and elder law business have been growing rapidly. We represent people not only in Wells County, but in Northeast Indiana and we are thrilled to offer these services.”
Huffman continued to say, “we are blessed because we get to help people every day and have a wonderful team that is committed to the care and compassion to those we serve. They are really passionate about what they do, and we are able to help people at the worst moments of their lives to make sense out of it.”
In 2019, Dale, Huffman & Babcock renovated their current office, which Tim Babcock says was important to do; however, it was only cosmetic. “We are just out of space and there is no way to add on for any growth at the current location.”
Huffman and Babcock were connected with Rob Troxel and Jeff Stringer because they were building office space in front of Premier Flats and were searching for new tenants in that space. “This gives us the space for growth going from 3,500 square feet to 7,000 square feet to bring on additional attorneys and staff, plenty of parking for clients, and additional conference rooms for privacy,” said Babcock. “We will all be on one level with a lot of natural sunlight and windows for everyone to enjoy.”
“We want to extend our thanks to RTT Investments, Jeff Stringer as the Project Manager, Prough Design Builders, Engineering Resources, Design Collaborative, Cameron Ashley Building Products, Habegger’s Ace Hardware, Fairway Flooring, ITI, Hartzog Interiors, Baker Street Office Furnishings, and the Wells County Chamber of Commerce,” said Babcock. “We would also like to thank Catherine Meyer, Firm Administrator, who coordinated this entire project allowing Keith and I to do our jobs and not have to worry about building a building. Without her, this project would never have happened.”
Babcock stated, “finally, and most importantly, we want to thank the staff. Without the efforts of the attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, interns, and administration we wouldn’t have a need to grow, but because of these individuals, this is growth is happening. We are excited for our new home that is going to enable us to be a part of Bluffton for many years to come.”
