Ellie Grace Celebrates Ribbon Cutting

The Wells County Chamber of Commerce staff and Ambassadors welcomed Diane Carroll, new owner of Ellie Grace & Co., with a Ribbon Cutting. Carroll took ownership of Ellie Grace, which is located at 110 North Main Street in Bluffton, on April 1, 2020.

Carroll is an entrepreneur at heart, running a business out of her home prior to acquiring Ellie Grace. Carroll does custom work on T-Shirts, tumblers, pillows, and creates signs with vinyl, decals, and screen printing; bringing that piece of her business to the store as well. “I have been customizing items for about seven years now and excited to bring this aspect to the store,” said Carroll.

Carroll has added inventory to the store, built dressing rooms and built a beautiful custom counter. “We also have a girls and boys kids clothing line and have added a men’s line as well,” explained Carroll. “I have two local vendors that make headbands and burp clothes. In addition, there are earrings and home décor for customers to purchase as well.”

“My goal is for people to walk in and have a pleasant and joyful experience, whether they want to buy or not. Building a sense of community and togetherness is important; come in and talk, laugh, smile and walk out happier,” explained Carroll. “In the two months I have opened the store, everyone has been so supportive and encouraging. This is a place I feel I can reach the community and give back. It’s been a blessing.”

As of now, the hours for Ellie Grace are Tuesday and Friday from 11am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. “I would like feedback from people if they want more hours; I would be willing to open more if there is a demand. They can go on my Facebook page and let me know what they desire, and I am willing to meet those needs,” concluded Carroll.
