First Bank of Berne’s Jenilee Bransteter Receives ICBA Independent Banker’s 40 Under 40 Award

Independent Banker magazine, the award-winning monthly publication of the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA), unveiled its annual 40 Under 40 list for ICBA: Emerging Community Bank Leaders list. This award recognizes the nation’s up-and-coming community bank innovators and influencers who represent the future of the industry.
First Bank of Berne is proud to announce that Jenilee Bransteter, Business Banker at First Bank of Berne, is the 2020 recipient of the ICBA 40 under 40 award. Bransteter is a passionate and inspiring leader who strongly believes that a robust community banking system is essential for the support of the consumer and small business client base who are the bedrock of Main Street.
Bransteter has a passion for leading others and is currently overseeing a diverse group of employees who possess a wide variety of experience levels and personality styles. Bransteter Finishes in Top 5% at Graduate School of Banking
As an active bank leader, Bransteter continues to invest in her own skills in order to positively enhance the banking industry and her team at First Bank of Berne. She recently graduated in the top 5% through the Graduate School of Banking and was recognized by the Indiana Bankers Association for her active involvement with ensuring a confident future in meeting the financial needs of the community.

Most recently, Bransteter has led and developed several strategic initiatives within First Bank of Berne’s organization to expand their business banking presence and leadership development of their valued employees. Her commitment to her role in the bank is consistent with her vision for the future of banking and is helping to bridge gaps and continue to propel First Bank of Berne forward as a leader in the financial industry.
