Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Administrator is the professional staff person responsible for providing administrative management that maximizes the effective and efficient delivery of health care services for all levels of care at Swiss Village, Inc. Responsibilities include overseeing the inter-disciplinary delivery of care, providing direct supervision to personnel, implementing the regulations relevant to nursing services as required by the Indiana Department of Health and other regulatory bodies, serving as the point person for regulatory compliance and surveys, and overseeing the Admissions process.

The successful candidate will possess an Indiana Health Facility Administrator license or be immediately qualified to transfer from a reciprocal State and will serve as the Administrator of Record for the Nursing Center. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration or a related field, with a Master’s-level preferred, plus at least five years of successful management experience at a similar operation in a similar role. The successful candidate will also possess an in-depth knowledge of CMS, State, and Life Safety regulatory guidelines. Working knowledge of PointClickCare and Abaqis is also preferred.
