Stealth Partner Group an Amwins Group Company is looking for a Claims Analyst who will be responsible for learning Stealth’s business model and understanding the products we support. Under the direction of the Claims Manager and Lead Claims Auditor, the Claims Analyst will learn and employ all processes necessary to provide outstanding medical/rx claims management services on behalf our self-funded clients who contract with Third-Party Administrators.
This position is located in Bluffton, IN and will be an in-office position with the ability to work from home up to 2 days a week after training completion.

Responsibilities include:
• Learn all internal responsibilities pertaining to the claim’s management of client accounts with Third Party Claim Administrators under the direction of assigned Claims Manager and Lead
• Correspond with carriers, administrators, clients and brokers in an accurate and timely manner using approved form letters and emails, copying Claims Lead on all correspondence
• Management of monthly claim reports required for administration of assigned book of business, including forwarding to appropriate carrier and following-up on reports not received
• Review submitted reimbursement requests for completeness
• Request information missing, if any, for submitted reimbursement requests
• Obtain approval from Claims Lead on eligibility documentation which notates time-off exceeding twelve (12) weeks prior to submitting claim reimbursement request
• Record and submit reimbursement requests to appropriate carrier up to authorized dollar authority of $250,000 and obtain approval from Claims Lead on amounts over dollar limit authority prior to claim submission
• Track reimbursement requests and proactively follow up on outstanding monies due
• Review and issue reimbursements, and notification of reimbursements to designated contacts in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain internal claim tracking logs
• Manage the settlement of all reimbursement requests at the end of the plan year to properly close the client’s account
• Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications include:
• College degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft office products preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
• Ability to critically think and problem solve
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively manage time, maintain organization and meet deadlines
• Ability to work cooperatively and jointly with various staff members
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail are necessities
• Eagerness to learn Stealth’s business model is a necessity
