DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
The Director of Facilities Management is the professional staff person responsible for supervising all aspects of the interior and exterior maintenance of the Swiss Village Main Campus and the North Campus, including the Muselman Wellness Pavilion. Responsibilities also include overseeing facility renovations and other projects, as well as managing the Maintenance staff.
This position requires a high school diploma. An Associate Degree or higher or applicable experience is preferred. Seeking candidates with previous maintenance experience and experience with Life Safety Code. 5 or more years of supervisory experience is preferred. Long-term care experience is also preferred.
