Our Team:
Each caregiver is meticulously screened and tested to our high standards. We take great pride in selecting the most compassionate and dedicated caregivers in the area. Our caregivers are trained to provide the highest quality in-home care. Our staff also receives training in dementia & Alzheimer’s care as well as continued support and education. Our comprehensive hiring process includes a criminal background check, hands on skills assessments, and a written competency exam. When customizing your individual service plan, we will consider which of our qualified caregivers is best for you!

We will visit you in the comfort of your home, at a time convenient for you, and draw up a plan individualized to your needs. Scheduler/Recruiting — We are currently looking for a dedicated & hard working individual to join our office team as a Scheduler/Recruiting. 1 year of experience in Scheduling or related field required. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will be responsible for sensitive information and must be trustworthy with the ability to work with little direct supervision. They will also have many responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling — Coordinating client and staff schedules efficiently and effectively
- Recruiting — Continuous recruitment and onboarding of qualified caregivers for our clients
- Communicating effectively with a large and growing staff
- Responsible for after-hours supervisor phone on a regular rotating basis
- Work closely with administrative team to provide clients with an excellent home care experience
