Community involvement is very important to Three Rivers. “Our goal is to give back as much as we can so others in our community can achieve their own goals and missions. It’s a great feeling to give back to a community you’ve been a part of all your life,” explained Brinneman.
Although Three Rivers is tucked back behind Lowe’s, Brinneman said, “we are here and we want to give back to our membership, that is our goal. Come find us and we will welcome you with open arms and help in any way possible.”
Brinneman stressed how important Three Rivers Federal Credit Union truly cares about their members. “We want to see them in their best financial position possible in all phases of their lives, from birth to retirement, without financial burdens life has to offer. We appreciate our members and that they have trust in us to do the best we can for them.”

There are a team of six employees at the Bluffton Branch. “We have a phenomenal team of staff members. They have all dived into the culture of who we are and what we can do to help members. They truly listen to the customer needs and are empathetic and understand that life happens. Those personal connections allow staff to connect with members personally and professionally. They get to know them and find ways to they can positively impact their lives,” Brinneman proudly stated.
“Receiving the Member of the Month award is very exciting. We had been pretty quiet in the community and finally are trying to get out and make a difference. It is great to know that our efforts are being noticed. Not a lot of words can be said, except, this is pretty awesome,” concluded Brinneman.
