The Wells County Chamber of Commerce staff and Ambassadors recognized Metropolitan Title as the January Member of the Month. Metropolitan Title is located at 117 South Johnson Street in Bluffton.
Metropolitan Title owner, Margaret Sklenar owns 14 branches in Northern Indiana, including the Bluffton branch, which opened 5 years ago. The Bluffton Metropolitan Title team consists of four hard-working individuals: Emily Mongiello, Bluffton Branch Manager; Lannette Bickel, Marketing Executive; Katie Brindle, Escrow Assistant; and Toby Rife, Abstractor.
Metropolitan Title is a title company that prides itself in delivering great customer service and developing strong business relationships. Being involved in the communities they serve is important to Sklenar and her team.
“The individuals in the community are the consumers we serve, and our goal is to deliver exceptional service for their wants and needs, tailor our services for the customer, and truly understand their title and escrow needs,” explains Sklenar.
Sklenar stated that Metropolitan Title makes it all about the customer and their schedules. “We will close transactions based around the days, times, and locations our customer needs us. These are real people and we want to get them to where they need to go and to their new home as soon as possible. Making memories and opening a new chapter of their lives is important to our company.”
“This is really exciting to be recognized and not expected,” said Mongiello. “I love this job and it is so much fun to meet new people and help families. I appreciate our staff and can’t do it without them. We have a great team and we balance each other out nicely.”
Lannette Bickel has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know members of the community over the years. “Wells County is a fabulous community that embraces those whom work and live in it. It has been such fun locking arms with businesses and individuals to always inspire change for the better.”
Bickel continues to add that being involved ignites change, positively impacts the community, and has a profound impact on others. “We touch peoples lives by giving our time, donating money towards great happenings in town, and being involved by volunteering. When we can all lock arms together, that is a victory.”
