“This pandemic has been difficult for our patrons and our restaurant. We appreciate the opportunity to partner with the BBB Serving Northern Indiana, Mike Vanover and the others who donated to make this possible. We are working hard to be able to continue to purchase the best local farm products and provide great meals and food items to our customers. This opportunity helps us to continue doing just that, while also thanking the first responders who keep us safe.” stated Michelle Fort, Caffé Manager for Golfo Di Napoli.
Local businessman and community leader, Mike Vanover continued, “As someone who has worked closely with law enforcement and other first responders, I know how hard they work day in and day out. COVID has further complicated an already difficult job, and our first responders have stepped up to meet this challenge. I’m proud of our community and those who keep it safe. I want to thank the BBB Serving Northern Indiana, Golfo Di Napoli, the Wells County Chamber, Josh Hunt, and others who donated to make this possible.”
“Being a part of keeping Wells County safe and prosperous is a vital role of the Wells County Chamber. Celebrating those who help further this mission is the most satisfying way we accomplish that mission. There is no more basic need for local business than public safety, and the Wells Chamber is pleased to be a part of this effort to celebrate those to serve and risk their safety every day. I want to thank Mike and Frontline Fridays team for making Wells County a priority, and for this gesture that says a big thank you to our first responders.” commented Erin Prible, Executive Director of the Wells County Chamber of Commerce.
Meals will be provided to public safety workers at the Bluffton Police Department, the Bluffton Fire Department, and the Wells County Sheriff’s Department. The Frontline Fridays team includes Michael Vanover, Josh Hunt, Travis Holdman, Taylor Vanover, Kyle Kerley, and others who are partnering to financially and logistically support this effort.
Marjorie Stephens, President and CEO of the BBB Serving Northern Indiana added, “We hope that through this effort, we are able to help keep local businesses strong and thank our frontline workers. We will continue to make available the GoFundMe site to help frontline workers and our local restaurants who support them.”
