The Wells County Chamber of Commerce staff and Ambassadors welcomed Bluffton Strength & Conditioning to their new location with a Ribbon Cutting on October 3. Owners Brian and Lacy Lambert own and run the fitness facility, which recently moved to 2268 N State Road 1 in Bluffton.
A recent sale of their former location required Bluffton Strength & Conditioning to find a new location. “We have been here for two weeks and we love the location and the space,” comments Lacy Lambert.
The business continues to grow as they offer additional programs to fit the needs of many people at many different levels and ages. Lacy states, “we have members six years of age to over 60 years of age. Some members are in competition and others just want to be fit and healthy.”
Lacy explains that they offer many different types of classes and “our goal is that we want people to love how they feel, look, and function. Our overall wellness and how we take care of ourselves is important as we age.”
The Lamberts, who are certified trainers, adjust the daily workouts to client needs and work with people one-on-one to reach their wellness goals. The workouts are programmed and that takes away the level of the fear of the unknown. “You know what to do, when to do it, and what to expect so personal goals are met,” Brian says.
“We understand that walking into a new facility and having an organized workout program is very intimidating. Every single person here was intimidated; however, we stress that we are a family here and a community of building relationships and supporting one another with the same values and goals in mind,” Lacy stresses.
Membership at Bluffton Strength & Conditioning includes meal plans and guidelines, access to unlimited classes, free childcare, personal trainer, and a customized training program. This is a fitness and health regimen to fit everyone’s comfort and needs.
In addition, the facility is set up to hold Children’s Birthday Parties; you do not need to be a member to book a party. “We can organize an obstacle course, games, relays, and simply customize the party for each group,” Lacy concludes.
